She has been nominated as an "Innovation Ambassador Expert" by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Council, She innovated World's 1st Start-up Game and Programs. She has certification in Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School and certification in Entrepreneurship from MITx. Ritu is an architect and designer, she has worked with various architectural firms and real estate developers, Her last assignment was with Krisumi Corporation, Japan as Ex. Vice President- Design Management.
